PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. BY INSTALLING OR USING “Teleprompter: Video Scripts” (the “App”), YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DELETE THE APP AND DO NOT USE IT.

1. Who We Are

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and AI Lab Apps (“we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of the App.

2. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how we use it. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms.

3. License and App Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control for your personal, non-commercial use (or as otherwise permitted by the App Store Terms).

4. User-Generated Content

The App enables you to create and manage scripts and recordings (“Content”). You retain all rights to your Content. We do not claim ownership and do not access your Content unless you choose to share it with us for support or feedback.

Where the App or its services require processing to deliver functionality you request, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, store, and display your Content solely to provide those features. This license ends when processing is complete or when you delete the Content from the App.

5. Prohibited Uses

When using the App, you agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
  • Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Upload, create, or share Content that is unlawful, exploitative, or abusive, including content involving child sexual abuse or exploitation.
  • Introduce malware, attempt to interfere with or disrupt networks, or engage in abusive security-related activity (e.g., port scanning, DDoS).
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the App except as permitted by law.
  • Remove or alter notices of copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and all related materials (excluding your Content) are owned by or licensed to AI Lab Apps and are protected by intellectual property laws. Our names, logos, and marks may not be used without prior written consent.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate third-party services (e.g., analytics, crash reporting, advertising). Your use of such services may be subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services and do not control their practices.

8. Children’s Use

The App is rated 4+ on the App Store. However, the App is not directed to children under 13. If you are under 13, you may not use the App without verified parental consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; if we learn that we have, we will delete it promptly.

9. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI Lab Apps AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App. Upon termination, the licenses granted to you will end and you must cease all use of the App. Certain sections (e.g., Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability) will survive termination.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your country or region of residence, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless a different governing law is required by the App Store’s terms or local consumer laws.
